Residential Liftgate/Tailgate services for freight-class items include a surcharge. Please ensure you select the appropriate option when calculating shipping during checkout to avoid delays in processing your shipment.
Shipping Policy
When We Ship
- Orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time on business days are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 1 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the next business day.
- Out-of-stock items will ship one business day after restocking. Shipping charges will remain as per the original method requested in the purchase order.
- If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified via email within one business day.

Where We Ship
- We ship only to the address provided at the time of purchase.
- Shipping is available to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.
- For shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, or the Virgin Islands, please contact us prior to purchase.
Tracking
A valid tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped.
Return Policy
- The customer is responsible for all freight charges on the return of defective items. Replacement parts will only be sent after the returned item has been inspected and verified by our team.
- All return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
- An RA (Return Authorization) number must be obtained from JAKO Motors before returning any product. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Returns without an RA number will be refused upon arrival. Please also include the original invoice with your returned package.
