Return & Refund

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must not be used or damaged.
  • The product must not be disassembled or parted.
  • The product should be returned in the same condition as it was received.

JA-KO Motors is not responsible for any expenses incurred during the application or use of our products (e.g., shipping, labor, transport).

Restocking Fee: All refused/returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all original and return freight charges. No exceptions.

If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: If your country of residence is outside the United States, shipping may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item is damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the unwanted item. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
